The Israel-Bosnia Euro 2016 qualifier held in Zenica on Friday evening turned anti-Semitic, after Bosnian supported started shouting anti-Semitic messages and tepped on an Israeli flag, Bosnian media reported on Saturday.

During the match, Bosnian fans were shouting "Juden auf wiedersehen" (Jews goodbye).

A picture posted to Facebook of the protest showed the Bosnian fans stepping on an Israeli flag, and a separate video shows the fans shouting “Palestine” during their march.

Israeli media reported extensively on the incidents in Zenica.

Bosnia defeated Israel 3-1 in the tense match for the Euro Cup qualifiers.
